This Privacy Policy explains how Zero Billion, Inc. (“Zero Billion,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our apps and websites, including Top Job, BookTok, LingoTok, Yapper, Memenome, and zerobillion.ai (together, the “Services”).
Account information. When you create an account we collect information like your name, email address, and phone number (which we verify by SMS in some apps, such as Top Job).
Profile information you provide. In Top Job, you can build a work profile: work history, education, skills, languages, rates, availability, and answers to profile questions. You can skip questions; we record what you chose to skip. Each answer is stored with its source (entered by you, parsed from your resume, or imported from LinkedIn) and when it was last updated.
Resume and LinkedIn import. If you upload a resume or ask us to import your LinkedIn profile, we parse it to pre-fill your profile and ask you to confirm or correct the result. Raw import data is retained for up to 90 days for dispute resolution and debugging, then purged. Your profile only uses imported data after you confirm it.
Messages and content. We collect the content you create in the Services — messages and attachments you exchange with clients or other users, proposals, reviews, and, in our creative apps, the stories, videos, audio, and other content you make.
Payments. Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction records (amounts, status, escrow and payout events) but do not store your full card number or bank credentials. Identity verification for payouts is performed by Stripe.
Usage and device data. We collect analytics about how you use the Services (screens viewed, steps completed or skipped, feature usage), and basic device data (device type, OS version, app version, language) to operate and improve the Services.
Cookies and website analytics. Our websites use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (for example, the TikTok pixel), to measure how visitors find and use our pages and how our ad campaigns perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Optional research-study data. Some Services let you opt in to paid research studies (for example, anonymized spending-pattern or health/wellness research). This data is collected only with your explicit, recorded consent — see “Consent and research studies” below. Opting in is never required to use the Services.
Where a Service offers paid studies or data-research programs, participation is strictly opt-in. Each consent is versioned and timestamped, recorded in an audit log, and revocable at any time from the in-app Consent Center. Study data shared with research partners is de-identified. Where participation is paid, payment is made through the same payment rails as the rest of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in-app or by emailing us, and we will delete your personal information except where we must retain it (for example, transaction records we are legally required to keep, or records needed to resolve disputes). Raw resume/LinkedIn import data is purged within 90 days as described above.
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Top Job is intended for users 18 and older.
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
